Your Experience with HMC: As a mentor in the Her Mentor Circle (HMC) program, I've had the privilege of guiding and supporting young women in their personal and professional growth, witnessing firsthand the transformative impact of mentorship on their confidence, resilience, and career aspirations. Through HMC, I've not only been able to pay it forward, but also gained valuable insights and perspectives that have enriched my own personal and professional journey, broadening my understanding of the power of community and mentorship in driving social change.

  • My experience as an HMC mentor was incredibly rewarding. It showed me the value of sharing my life experiences, even as I continue to grow and learn myself. It also gave me the confidence to take responsibility for someone else’s development and growth. The HMC programme provided me with my first real opportunity to understand what mentorship truly means, and for that, I am deeply grateful.:
